Membership at The PTO Fitness Center is open to USPTO employees and contractors. Membership is available to the public and other federal employees by request and subject to approval via sponsorship from a USPTO employee or the Fitness Association Board of Directors. Membership at the PTO Fitness Center is easy. Follow the steps below to join.

1. Download and complete the New Membership Application
2. Email ptofitness@pro-fitclubs.com or visit the PTO Fitness Center with your completed application to the completed application.
3. Visit the front desk or pay initial dues online via a link provided by the fitness center.
4. Meet with a personal trainer for your complimentary fitness consultation.
