Starting at an early age, Adrian began his exercise education as he participated in various competitive athletics throughout his life. Seeking to gain a competitive edge, he curbed his education to focus on learning about the human body. As he entered adulthood, he would use the knowledge he acquired to help educate other young athletes in how to best optimize their movements in competitive sports. After discovering his passion for improving the quality of life in those around him, he began training small groups and managing personal diets. The positive changes he was able to make in those he has encouraged and worked with, had led Adrian into dedicating himself full-time into improving the health needs and fitness goals of anyone he comes across.

Eddie is passionate about health and fitness and using working out as a tool for bettering the lives of others. Having been both really skinny and overweight he understands the mental struggles that can come with becoming a healthier you. The beauty of fitness is that there are so many fitness adventures you can take, whether it’s strength training, bodybuilding, yoga, etc. By having a healthy body and mind you can accomplish any obstacles that stand in your way.

Frank is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach approved by NSCA.
In 2016 Frank graduated with his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University.
Shortly after graduating Frank worked with the YMCA, LA Fitness, and private clubs. He has experience training with youth and senior populations. Frank specializes in full body resistance training and program design.
Frank’s history of playing sports drove his passion for training but his desire to help others drove him to become a personal trainer.
