In high school Bill played soccer, basketball, ran cross country and track. After high school, Bill entered the U.S. Army Artillery and served during Operation Desert Storm. After the Army, he studied psychology at the University of Florida and Health Promotion Management at Marymount University. He found his passion for fitness while training for Iron distance triathlons and began teaching strength and conditioning methods to triathletes. During this time, Bill realized that corrective strategies for compensatory movements found most often in high repetition sports were missing from many training programs. Working with physical therapists and other triathlon coaches, he helped implement Gray Cook’s functional movement screen (FMS) into the yearly program design of his clients and fellow athletes. Since then, Bill has focused on using the FMS with his clients to practice results based fitness programs. Bill’s personal accomplishments include multi-day endurance rides, Ironman USA, marathon training, and triathlons of various distances. Outside of fitness, Bill enjoys fly-fishing for trout in the Blue Ridge mountains and experiencing the outdoors.

Starting at an early age, Adrian began his exercise education as he participated in various competitive athletics throughout his life. Seeking to gain a competitive edge, he curbed his education to focus on learning about the human body. As he entered adulthood, he would use the knowledge he acquired to help educate other young athletes in how to best optimize their movements in competitive sports. After discovering his passion for improving the quality of life in those around him, he began training small groups and managing personal diets. The positive changes he was able to make in those he has encouraged and worked with, had led Adrian into dedicating himself full-time into improving the health needs and fitness goals of anyone he comes across.

Damon has had a lifelong passion for health and fitness, working in the private sector for many years in support of DOD contracts. She has experience knowing what it means to serve others in a support capacity. As a self-declared people person, Damon loves to learn, build and maintain relationships that cater to a client’s individual long term desires; whether those desires are increase nutritional knowledge, weight loss, or a specific client goal. She has proven success with helping clients achieve their personal goals, but also improve strength, confidence, cardiovascular endurance, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Damon connects with her clients on a level that brings knowledge, enjoyment and instruction to increase the value of her clients overall fitness experience and encourages them to take their fitness goals and make them a reality.

After graduating he found personal training and moved to the DC area to focus on his career. He strives to create a personal relationship with all of his clients. Cyndi enjoys fitness, fun, and travel.  As a military spouse, she has lived in Europe, Asia, and has traveled extensively with her family.  To break away from daily stresses, she enjoys power yoga, pilates, and Zumba to rejuvenate her spirit.  In addition to exercise and travel, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. She enjoys working with people who are new to working out and want to build a solid core foundation progressing from stability, endurance, strength, to power training.

Cyndi believes that success must be built on a strong foundation and that the real workout is life; the gym is a place for daily maintenance to allow your mind and body to accomplish all goals one may seek.

Chris is a former wrestler who has always had a passion for staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle. This passion stems from a decade of experience maintaining weight and competing against the best wrestlers in New Jersey. A District champion and State Tournament Qualifier, his passion for fitness progressed into attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from University of Maryland. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and enjoys connecting with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, hiking, and volunteering with the local Boys & Girls Club.
